Hello! My name is Christian, and I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for providing top-notch customer service and administrative support. With a diverse background in office assistance and guest service, I have honed my skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail.

I started my career as a Guest Service Agent at City Seasons Hotels, where I was the first point of contact for guests and ensured their stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I took reservations, checked guests in and out, and provided information about the hotel and nearby attractions. This role taught me the importance of customer satisfaction and the value of creating positive experiences for guests.

From there, I transitioned to the role of Office Assistant at Ejadah Asset Management Group, where I supported the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. From preparing documents to scheduling appointments and providing excellent customer service, I ensured that our team members had the support they needed to succeed in their roles. My attention to detail and multitasking abilities were crucial in this fast-paced environment.

In terms of education, I hold a Diploma in Education specializing in Information Technology from Kinshasa Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Civilization from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. These experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation in IT skills, office administration, and a deep understanding of literary works and cultural contexts.

In my free time, I enjoy organizing literary events, such as poetry readings and book clubs, as well as participating in guest lectures related to English literature and civilization. I also completed a short course in MS Office through the Oxford Home Study Center to further enhance my skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
