Prior to freelancing, I worked for a BPO Company for 3 years. Handling incoming/outgoing calls and email correspondences. Making sure that the customers' concerns were answered and resolved to the best of my ability.

With this role, I developed a strong ability in research and development might as well on monitoring and documentation procedures to provide compete and clean report; People skills; Creating reports including day-to-day, week-over-week and month-over-month performance; Data handling, legal documentation, correspondence; I was also able to develop my root cause analysis skills that would make me able to pin point the cause of error, formulate and execute a good action plan to improve performance in order to bridge gaps and also to attain client's set of goals or beyond.
