Ensure customer satisfaction beyond expectation
I started working as an encoder for 1.5 years and got absorb by the company as a Sales Office Coordinator (SOC). As a SOC my duties and responsibilities are doing all reports and submit on time like forecasting, budgeting, creating sales order, inventory monitoring, accounts receivable monitoring, creating pricelist, safekeeping of document and customer support. As a SOC, I learn to become more flexible, manage time and to finish all duties more faster but more accurate. I'm always open to overtime when needed. After 1 year of being SOC, the company appreciate my hardworking and I got promoted as Sales Account Specialist who is in-charge on customer relation to achieve goals/budget.
