About

I am a professional, i commit to help customers in a timely manner and provide a great and professional service to my Client.

I am Christina Longchamps, I am studying Computer Engineering, I am in my final session. I have several project on Wordpress that I already created, pages for Woo commerce, Personal trainer, Gym and other type of Wordpress pages. I have a certification in PHP and Dreamweaver. I manage very well Windows Server 2008, I can create and administrate VPN for business and family use.

In the past beside my IT skills I worked as customer Service rep for Orange Dominicana for 6 months, i worked as Technical Support agent for Samsung Electronics Canada for 2 years and as Quality Analyst for the same project for 1 year and half and now i am working for at&t USA as customer service rep for the billing and sales department, I worked with different clients on Upwork where I had the opportunities to master some software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Plan IO.

I also worked as Assistant of the president of the AHNU (Haitian Action for United Nation) for over 2 years. i used to lead some meeting for the agency, prepare events in the united nation. As a customer service representative i have an active listening, i love helping my customers, demonstrate empathy and insurance that can help them enjoy their service and getting the best value for their option. As Quality Analyst i used to help my agents developing the soft skills to assist their customer. i used to do coaching one and one, focus group with my agents, preparing reports, listen calls to make sure that my agents provide the best customer service on the line.

I am a motivate person and hard worker.

Work Terms

I am available to work up to 40 hours a week, i preferred paypal and payoneer as payment method and for the communication i can communicate by emails or skype.
