Work Terms
My hours of operation are flexible; however, I prefer working at night. It allows me to take care of my family responsibilities during the day, while allowing a dedicated working environment at night.
The payment terms are simple; I do the work, you pay me. Of course, the work has to be completed pursuant to the terms of your scope and I have to send you an invoice, but other than that, it's pretty straightforward. Invoices will be sent on a weekly, monthly or project basis based on the agreed payment arrangement of the job assignment.
Email is the best and most efficient way to communicate with me. With all this technology, responses are received instantly. I can also setup virtual meetings should that be necessary. There are resources for that too! As a PMP, I know that clear communication is the key for a successful project of any size.
