With over 13 years of experience in leadership and development, Christina has worked for & with some of the top 100 brands recognized worldwide such as Verizon & Mars Inc.

Maintaining master trainer certifications in numerous programs surrounding project & change management as well as leadership; among her favorite to facilitate are those offered through Vital Smarts such as ‘Influencer’- the new science of leading change & ‘Crucial Accountability’ – tools for leaders tackling challenging conversations surrounding performance & behavior.

Two years ago, Christina launched Improving Your Business Inc. a corporation that offers services that focus on training and advisory. (Corporate & Small Business)

Upon building the IYB Inc. brand, it was imperative that the culture reflect core values that recognize associates and clients as valued partners. Improving Your Business Inc. actively volunteers to promote positive community & economic growth in areas where associates live & conduct business.

In 2016, an annual company initiative was implemented entitled ‘Pay it Forward’ that allows small business owners with high risk of turnover to receive support at no charge in preparing documents i.e. business plans & receive feedback through consultations such as “Sweet Janes” in Astoria, NY.

IYB Inc. received a certificate of appreciation for contributions to the Friends of Jaclyn organization which benefits families of children battling cancer.

Along with appearances on “Your World with Neil Cavuto” Fox Business & Fox and Friends, Christina recently joined Harvard School of Business club of New York & is looking forward to contributing to & facilitating future events.

Her more recognizable clients include Frank Lombardi from NBC’s “The Apprentice” featuring Donald Trump. Christina was contracted by Frank & served as his primary advisor in establishing the culture, KPI metrics & all training of associates & leadership for his businesses.
