I truly believe in working hard and putting my best effort into anything I do.
For over 15 years, I have worked in IT from a help desk specialist to a security controls specialist peforming access reviews and monitoring IT security (with the same company). In addition, my spreadsheet and data entry skills in Microsoft Excel were exercised and enhanced througout the years. I type well over 100 wpm and currently hold ITIL Foundations and CompTIA A+ certifications. I have amazing troubleshooting and investigative skills, and I "think outside the box". I am always learning new shortcuts and tricks to complete tasks faster (ie keyboard shortcuts, macros, formulas, etc).
I am always looking for side work, especially jobs that I can continue applying my skills and knowledge to. I am a single mother who currently works and attends an online university, both full-time. My studies are in cybersecurity because I have a passion for computers, investigations, and problem solving. However, my expertise does not stop at computers. I have repaired minor cable issues, security cameras, and done handy work around homes, to name a few. It's in my nature to fix things and solve problems.

Work Terms
I am currently available on alternating weekends, but it also depends on the job since I may be able to complete some virtual tasks during any day of the week. Starting rate is $30/hr, and preferred method of communication is by contacting me through this website.
