I am a reliable , hardworking person . I have experience in Customer service mainly in a call center. I have recently been testing an online chat platform while helping customers resolve technical problems encountered with their electronic devices. The type of work I did in a call center was answer customer queries , search for suitable products for the customer and either sell directly to them or transfer them to staff working in the store and enter their information in a database. I have experience in making appointments for engineer visits in the utilities sector. I have a strong technical background having worked for 10 years as a Foxpro programmer and provided network support to medium sized companies. I am a Microsoft Certified professional in Windows 2000 and have Comptia network+ certification.
