1. Services Provided
The Contractor agrees to provide search engine optimization (SEO) services and data entry tasks as outlined in the scope of work. These services will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting SEO audits and implementing SEO strategies.
- Keyword research and analysis.
- On-page optimization (including meta tags, headings, content optimization).
- Basic off-page SEO activities.
- Regular reporting and analysis.
- Data entry tasks as assigned by the Client.
2. Scope of Work
The Contractor will perform tasks assigned by the Client within the realms of SEO and data entry. The Contractor is not obligated to undertake tasks that fall outside of these areas without a prior agreement.
3. Work Hours and Availability
The Contractor agrees to work up to 40 hours per week, adhering to the following conditions:
- Work hours are limited to daytime hours in the Philippines.
- The specific work schedule (days and hours) will be mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Client and may be adjusted with prior notice to accommodate varying project needs.
4.Payment Terms
The Contractor will be compensated at a rate of 12 USD per hour.
5. Communication
- The Contractor and the Client agree to maintain open and regular communication primarily through [Email/Slack/Skype/etc.].
- Any changes to the scope of work, schedule, or other aspects of the agreement should be communicated and documented in writing.
6. Confidentiality
The Contractor agrees not to disclose, disseminate, or use any confidential information related to the Client's business without prior written consent, both during and after the termination of this agreement.
