I'm a confident, bubbly, enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual and I always relish a challenge and endeavor to give outstanding customer service.

I have over 4 years experience in customer service, sales, email management and administration. I have excellent customer service skills. I handled International accounts including Sears (American account) as a Customer Service Representative and Telstra (Australian Telco account) as Customer Resolution Coordinator. Establishing connections with the customers and willingness to do an extra mile is very important to me. I am very keen to details and have exceptional communication and technical skills. I was given a Seal of Excellence on Customer's Satisfaction and was awarded as one of the top Key Performance Indicator (KPI including Customer's Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score) across all sites in my previous company. I can work well on my own initiative as well as still being part of a team have a friendly and calm telephone manner, great listening skills, showing empathy if and when needed.

I have exceptional communication and technical skills including Microsoft Office tools, Google Docs, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Internet research. My impeccable attention to detail and desire to ensure everything I do is to best of my ability makes me an ideal choice for your time critical jobs.

Work Terms

Hours of operation = 30+ hours a week
My salary expectations would fall in the range of $3-$6 per hour.
I am available to work Mondays through Fridays, 5am - 3pm EST but I'm flexible about working any other hours you have available.
