I have over 15 years experience in customer service oriented operations which involves email support, help desk, phone support, and general customer support. I'm a hard worker who always do my best to meet and exceed my customers expectations. Fluent in English and beginners Spanish with the ability to write memo, reports and letters.
I have a bachelors degree in Tourism Management and an Associate of Science degree in Hospitality Entertainment and Tourism Management. I'm currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management.
