I am a dedicated hardworking customer service representative with experience. Committed from start to end.

I am a dedicated, passionate and hardworking individual with customer service experience. Throughout my career, I've held a couple of customer service jobs, including working as an assistant teacher for five years and as a guest relations/customer service agent for over a month. These experiences have taught me the importance of listening to customers, maintaining a positive attitude and working with other team members to provide the best possible service.

I have worked as an assistant teacher for about 5 years. In this role, I have had the opportunity to work directly with students. My involvement within the classroom has taught me patience and empathy while providing me with the skills needed to deal with difficult situations. And as part of a team, I know how to take leadership roles and help everyone make their voice feel heard. This is also another important aspect of being an excellent customer service agent.

Additionally, I have been engaged part time as a customer service agent/guest relations for Bnbisrael.com/Tel Aviv for about one month. During this engagement, I was able to expand my technical and communication skills via multitasking by responding to calls on Aircall and entering guest reservation information in the company files. My typing and computer abilities have also significantly improved, along with the quality of the data. I am always willing to learn and develop new skills throughout my career.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation are 40 hours weekly and at any time zone.
Payment terms are through Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Preferred Communication is through the company platform , gmail or WhatsApp.
