I recently worked for a Managed Service Provider based in Australia as an IT Helpdesk for 3 yrs. Before that, I was an IT ServiceDesk for Metlife, a US company based in New York. I decided to work remotely due to covid. I will be a great addition to your Team. I have years of experience working in the IT industry.
