Work Terms
I am available for work at either hourly or flat rates based on your project needs. (Although I do prefer flat rates so no one has any unfortunate surprises.) A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the start of the project. My preferred method of communication is via email, but I am available by phone or FaceTime as well.
