Experienced and reliable CPA.

Hello, my name is Christopher Kozlowski and I am a licensed CPA in the states of Texas and Michigan. I have over 8 years of experience ranging from working with small business owners assisting them with bookkeeping, consulting and tax related issues. In addition, I have also served as an Audit Manager on audits of several multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies. My freelance work is supported by the extensive experience and can assure that I will deliver a quality service and product.

My past projects include providing monthly bookkeeping services for individuals and small businesses, compilation of financial statements for individuals and small businesses and preparation of ti returns including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120 and 1120S.

I have extensive experience in using QuickBooks and currently utilize QuickBooks Premier for individuals or companies who do not yet have their own accounting software. Prior to the commencement of work, a brief consultation will be held to obtain an understanding of the business and the specific details of the services to be performed. Questions will be provided throughout to obtain specific details on certain transactions to ensure these transactions had been appropriately posted to the correct account and/or period.
