I've been in sales and marketing for 18 years now. I started as a telemarketer/telesales person in my first years, then gradually moved up as a coach, QA then as a Head of Training. Now, I still do my first love which is sales and marketing and I continue to teach and mold newbies in this competitive, yet fulfilling world of sales and marketing people, sharing with them the things I've learned from my trainers and from experience, and also learning a few more things from interacting with them. I believe that learning is endless and we should always strive to hone our skills.
