Hello World!

My name is Christopher Paz and I am a video editor and motion graphic artist that specializes in commercials, series & docs (short and long format), music, and video reels for working professionals like myself. But mainly, I would describe myself as a storyteller and I have a passion to bring peoples vision to life.

I studied video editing and motion graphics at Columbia College Hollywood in Los Angeles around 2005. I then worked as a graphic designer and video editor doing television segments for larger corporate networks and some small post houses in New York and Nashville.

After nine years of working in the US, I decided it was time to travel the world. While on my journey I volunteered in Nicaragua creating a new design template for a local newspaper in Granada. Among the print work that I was doing, I also kept up with my technical skills by editing a documentary regarding organic farming on the island of Ometepe as well as shot, edited, produced and promoted my personal web series during most of my travels. If that wasn't enough, I also worked on remote projects including logo designs for fundraisers and did some editing and motion graphics work for a clothing company in New York.

I am currently residing in Leiden, the Netherlands as an expat and now work for some clients teaching cinematography, animating some really great start-up videos and managing a lifestyle blog about my local community in my spare time.

Work Terms

My hours of operation will vary from project to project, my normal hours are UTC +1 time since I live in Leiden, the Netherlands, but I can work at whatever timeframe you are if you need me too.
