I am a US-based corporate attorney with expertise in corporate governance matters, tax law, employment law, investor/shareholder relations, and mergers and acquisitions.
I have led and served on due diligence teams for private acquisitions, individual investors, investment houses, and individual business owners. My portfolio mainly includes privately-held small- to mid-sized businesses. I also work with entrepreneurs in matters relating to formation like entity-type and jurisdiction selection, and intellectual property protections including patent, copyright, and trademark originations.
I have represented both management and employee sides in employment matters, including litigation before the EEOC and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
