Good products—whether they're words or websites or films—start with an understanding of the audience and how we can serve them best. Even the simplest project should start with listening and consultation, and I never bill for that.

I know graphics, web and print design; multimedia production; writing and project management. I will use those tools to help you reach your goal, on budget, on time. I'm a native English speaker and an experienced writer, designer, product manager and editor.
