"A picture may say a thousand words, but video tells the rest of the story!"
I've been a commercial video shooter/editor/producer in metro Atlanta for 11 years. I enjoy all facets of the creative process; writing, lighting, audio, shooting, and editing. I work with my clients to come up with the best possible way to tell their story. After getting my start as a wedding and event videographer, I moved on to producing training videos for government agencies, fire fighters and police officers. I've also produced numerous public service announcements and stories for local cable news. With the boom of social media, I expanded my production work to include web video content for client’s websites, Facebook and YouTube Channels. All the while keeping busy producing cable and network TV commercials. My clients have included government agencies such as FEMA, Cobb County Government, and the City of Newnan. I produced the business profile video and TV spot for “bridals by lori” the bridal store in Atlanta of “Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta” fame. As an active member in the Atlanta Videographers Association, I'm always striving to improve my craft by attending seminars and workshops on the film making process. I've been awarded three Telly Awards for production excellence, was a finalist in CNN's iReports promo competition and have been a guest speaker at several video production conventions on topics of video editing and visual effects.
Work Terms
As a freelancer, I'm available to work just about any time. I like 2 weeks lead time if at all possible for most full production jobs (Writing/shooting/editing). For just shooting, or just editing then a couple of days is fine. I prefer the SafePay payment system.
