I was trained in the Philosophy Department at USC, with accents in the sciences. But by profession, I am a poet and screen writer. Also, I am a song writer and guitarist. My hobbies are chess, reading (I am now reading Mark Twain's book on Joan of Ark), traveling (I've visited a large portion of US by train), film (a new favorite is the "the assassination of Jesse James By the Coward Robert Ford). I have published two books of verse, one being a transliteration of the works of Solomon. My most recent screen play is a new version of the story of King David.
