My PURPOSE is to build a Leadership Culture. I help people not only become stronger leaders, I help them develop the people around them into leaders.

After serving five years as an officer in the Untied States Marines and two tours in Iraq, I left active duty because I wanted to start a family. Upon entering corporate consulting world, I noticed a great void in the leadership abilities of the people in leadership roles int he civilian world. I witnessed many people in high level leadership positions with zero leadership abilities. This saddened me, and eventually angered me when the economy crashed in 2008. In 2012, I founded and launched Agoge Leadership Development LLC. to rectify these short comings in our society.

My mission is to develop as many leaders as I can in our world. To help people of all walks of life build strong, sustainable organizations that provide them wealth beyond their wildest dreams. Not just through financial gains, but also in personal growth and fulfillment. I want small business owners and entrepreneurs to have the know-how to build organizational cultures that provide environments that prospective customers and employees, alike, flock to engage and become apart of.
