We Amp I.T. Up

We are a small team of CompTIA, Fortinet, and Microsoft certified technicians skilled in remote monitoring, backups, networking and all areas of the I.T. Infrastructure in a Microsoft AD environment.

We offer customers cloud hosting or remote troubleshooting of their systems and devices. Custom SLAs are designed for customers to allow their I.T. Needs to meet the budget Requirements

We Host Servers and Help Desk portals for clients as well as have our own help desk in which our direct clients can request support. We also design logos, web pages and anything I.T. we can facilitate

We also monitor and manage servers and remotely troubleshoot any issue.

We offer 24/7 Emergency Remote Support, 24/7 Helpdesk remote troubleshooting and ticket creation. Normal hours of operation are 8 - 5 but there is someone always available by email.

Work Terms

Customers without an SLA are charged based off our Hourly Labor Rate with varies depending on the type of work performed.

Customers should review and sign the CSA (Customer Satisfaction Agreement) ToC at least when doing work with Amped I.T. Networks and Services to know how we will protect them and ensure quality work.

Our Preferred method of Contact is email/support ticket or phone.

We suggest any client that is a company with I.T. that Amped will be working with has an I.T. Policy in place. If you do not have the proper policies Amped Can ensure they are drafted for your company and taught.

We also offer all types of consulting and training with custom training videos and classes.
