I want to obtain a position in a growth-oriented company with responsibilities that will utilize my communication and organizational skills.
I have more than 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, both in customer service and technical support fields assisting US and Australian clients. I also worked as a bookkeeper for 15 months in a lending firm.
I have a strong command of the English language that can be utilized in dealing and helping out customers. I have knowledge in accounting, I can provide support in various data entry and encoding, and I pride myself on being able to deliver output quickly and accurately.
Assisting and providing customer satisfaction is my passion whether it's an account or a technical concern. I have no Upwork experience yet but I am always willing to learn and get familiarized with new products in order to provide my clients a quality service.
I am now a full-time freelancer and I can work on graveyard shifts (US business hours).

I want to start part-time but if work permits, I can go full-time. If given a chance, I prefer weekly payment.
