I have more 10 years of experience in the call center industry for both technical and customer service fields (US and Australian customers) that will benefit my clients in dealing and speaking with a person who speaks English fluently and will provide them the best and quality service. I also worked as a bookkeeper for a year that can help you out in keeping records of the financial affairs of your business and other administrative tasks.
I started freelancing more than a year ago. I worked for an Instagram Marketing app creator (Australian) as an Email/Technical Support and previously as an Appointment Setter for a US based real estate company.
Work Terms
I prefer a full-time work during the day (Philippine time), weekly pay, but open to negotiations.
