Work harder and the rest will follow

I am from the Philippines. Currently, I am working full time as a supervisor who handles 19 specialist in a telco account and also handles critical and escalated calls. I was a specialist before for a travel account, who took domestic, international and even package bookings. To date I've been in this business for 6-8 years, and I also have a 7 year experience in a manufacturing company that handles 1st process in the production up until logistic. I maybe spent a lot of time at work but I always make it a point to spend some time for my family and for myself.
