I have over 15 years of technical management experience; defining, building and supporting technology solutions and products. I have experience directing individuals at all levels, successfully motivating and empowering staff. I understand leadership and management. I specializing in getting things done.

I have worked remotely for the past 8-years and have honed my remote work and management skills. I am competent with the majority of remote management tools; Skype, Google Hangouts, Basecamp, Glip, GitHub, Confluence, WebEx and GoToMeeting. I can quick to learn new technologies and methods if you utilize other tools, or I am happy to coach you and your team members on the tools and methods I have experience using.

I have had a wide-variety of experiences as a technical leader;

• as a Product Development Manager, I instituted a change management process, which enabled the team to deliver the software product 2 weeks prior to the scheduled release date,
• I re-designed the software development test process, reducing resources by 45%,
• and I established a formal requirements process and a team oriented development approach, which permitted the development team to deliver the product release in 6 months, on schedule, under budget and on time.

I have a friendly, professional demeanor and am a confident multi-tasker, allowing me to take on several responsibilities at once.
