I've been in the BPO/Call Center Industry for the past 7 years with extensive experience training and managing office/remote teams.
I have excellent communication skills both in speaking and in writing. I’m tech-savvy and resourceful with experience in Excel, Word, Google Docs and other various computer/mobile applications. I'm highly-organized and self-motivated, energetic and have a sense of responsibility.
