I graduated with honours in Business IT from Kingston University in London and started my career as a business information analyst. I became a business process specialist while also managing marketing databases and cleaning up a 6-month backlog of physical letter requests to opt out of marketing campaigns. Following this I helped establish a new pricing contributions support team at Bloomberg, where I later moved into Technical Account Management working with several high-profile accounts.
From there I moved into project management and worked at numerous financial institutions over the best part of a decade – these included Banks such as Wells Fargo, Barclays, HSBC, and Deutsche Bank. Over the past few years, I have showcased my project expertise in other industries such as Education (Cambridge University Press & Assessment), and Mining (Anglo American).
Outside of my formal career, I am very passionate about football (soccer), watching movies, and playing video games. I also love reading and writing, finding this to be a very creative outlet. I have also spent time mentoring young adults and helping out in soup kitchens, and I will usually look for opportunities to get involved in volunteering for any suitable community initiatives that resonate with me.
