IICRC/IAQA certified in Fire, Smoke, Water, Mold, Odor, Stone/Masonry/Ceramic Hard Floor Cleaning, Upholstery/Fabric, Carpet Cleaning, etc.

Over 20 years restoration/mitigation experience, extensive experience working with commercial and residential adjusters.

Degree (BSME) in Mechanical Engineering.

I use Xactimate 27.5+ version.

Work Terms

Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5 pm; $100 per hour, 2 hour minimum.
