I always strive for perfection with integrity
I've been with customer Service for almost a decade, 9 years to be exact. I was assigned to At&t customer service that handles postpaid accounts, and as such I handle billing inquiry, payments, account modification, submit orders and at times technical assistance. At present we also handle sales for additional poatpaid lines as well as directv sales. I've worked for Amazon.com, we handle website assistance, order inquiry, track orders and packages and also update payments. I was also trained for kindle technical support and as such I also assisted kindle users. I have worked as team leader for a couple of months for Expert Global Solutions under Amazon.com.
Work Terms
I can work for more than 30 hours a week, payment can be twice a month or weekly.
