Customer Care Team Lead - Claims Analyst - Musician
An experienced customer care agent with recent role of being a team lead of the 30 agents. Held responsible for over-all reporting, workforce management, coaching, scheduling time offs, payroll management, auditing, coaching and mentoring.
Started as a Claims Analyst for health insurance claims in US and Canada then transitioned to being a Customer Care Agent to assist with starting a customer care department in Manila, PH which is not consisting of a total of 60 agents.
Also became a transcriptionist as a freelance job as well as a piano teacher and wedding singer during free time.
