About

I am an experienced strategy consulting manager and corporate finance professional, initially working at Accenture (Johannesburg), and latterly at a boutique strategy consultancy, venturing, and corporate finance firm based in London. I have excellent business plan development, strategic-advisory and investment analysis skills, and develop business plans backed up by solid financial cases. I have strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills, with a background in statistics.
I have also assisted in numerous M&A transactions and in the raising of funds from PE firms and debt providers up to the value of €600 million. I have led complex due diligence projects managing large teams of consultants on both buy-side and sell-side, and have provided financial and market support to numerous start-ups. I have significant international experience, having worked in South Africa, Europe (UK, Austria), USA and Kazakhstan
