I have experience in customer service, quality assurance and outbound sales. In my experience in outbound sales, I was in charge of customer retention for a foreign exchange account. I would train clients in the use of MT4, teach them about technical and fundamental analysis, encourage them to keep trading and therefore, adding funds into their account. I also worked as a Customer Service representative and did some quality assurance work for a healthcare account. I spoke with providers regarding their patient's benefits and claims.
