Work Terms

🌸Availability
- I am available to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT+8).
- I aim to respond within 24 hours via Guru messaging or Zoom for inquiries or updates.

🌸Payment Terms
- Payments are to be made exclusively through Guru's SafePay system to ensure security for both parties.

🌸Revision Policy
- I offer up to 3 rounds of revisions as part of the project scope.
- Additional revisions will incur an extra charge of $10 per revision (depending on project complexity).

🌸Turnaround Time
- Initial concepts will be delivered within 5–7 business days after receiving all necessary information from the client.
- Final delivery timelines depend on the project size and complexity, as discussed during the initial consultation.

🌸Communication
- Preferred communication methods include Guru messaging or scheduled Zoom calls.
- I value clear and consistent communication to ensure the project's success.

🌸Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If a project is canceled after the initial deposit, a refund will be issued based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- Full refunds will not be provided for completed or partially completed work unless agreed upon beforehand.
