I am a registered nurse by profession. I've worked as a technical support representative for Time Warner Cable as well as a customer support representative for Barclays Bank - Delaware and Cyber Defender Anti-Virus. I have been doing online transcription work for about 7 years now (@ Upwork). I started transcribing online as a part-time job but I am now doing it full-time.

I have excellent English grammar skills and can type 70 words per minute for fast completion with almost 100% accuracy. Moreover, I do make an extra effort in proofing and doing online verification to ensure correct data input if needed and I do value confidentiality at all times.
