I’ve been working in Bpo industry for almost 5 years now. I started as a financial consultant in NetSpend. NetSpend is a prepaid card in the USA wherein I Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries like billing, bank transactions, bank to bank, transfer, transaction reading and over the counter transactions and Identifying needs and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction. After 1 year I decided to move to another account its called JUSTFAB Its another US company Managing incoming calls and customer-related inquiries like account billing for the monthly subscription, placing orders, checking the status of the order, and Advising the customer for the latest trends for fashion according to the customer preference, fashion style and season. Identifying and assessing the customer’s need to achieve satisfaction, and lastly, I move to another account it’s another US company is Wireless company its T-Mobile. Team of Expert for 3 years as Subject Matter Expert, Subject matter expert (SME) provides the knowledge and expertise in a specific subject for a project and ensures that the content is accurate. Basically, what I do Provide floor support, learning sessions, coaching & feedback to agents assists in driving metrics. Responsible for supervising the performance and development of trainees. Ensures constant monitoring of learners’ strengths. Provides support within the department and is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation, performance and results for their assigned teams ensuring work are performed with quality, accuracy and with the highest standards. Answer agent questions and assist them through challenging calls. Handles escalation calls. Taking over the team leader's responsibilities and tasks when they are not around. Overall Point of Contact (POC) of the team.
Work Terms
I can work part-time and full time for 4 to 9 hours a day. You can easily reach via skype and email. I can go for PayPal as a payment method.
