I was part of Ebay Spain Costumer Service providing support to costumers through e-mail and live chat, where quality and productivity standards were very high. Being a costumer myself, I fully comprehend the customer’s needs in order to achieve their satisfaction. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have dealt with a large variety of costumers, with nationalities ranging from Spanish, Portuguese, to English and American costumers, but also from Latin America. Empathy, attention, patience, time management, clarity and persuasion are skills that I consider essential to a high quality customer service.
