I've been a Customer Service Representative for more than 6 years in different programs (Retail, E-commerce, Insurance, Financial, Sales, Medical, and Telco) and I handle emails, chats, and phone calls, aside from my CSR experience. I've been a Virtual Assistant for more than 3 years. I mostly handled clients with online stores (E-commerce) I also handled customer service (answering inquiries through chats, emails, and phone) I plotted appointments on behalf of clients, monitored sales progress, joined meetings to create meeting minutes, contacted vendors, called client's bank, processing replacement or refund, monitoring tracking, updating online store (adding new products/photos), research for travel and etc. I may have the experience to share with the team, but I am very much open to being trained to enhance my skills and learn more.
