Each keyword is assigned a monetary value based on supply and demand, as well as a complicated algorithm that takes into consideration the Adrank, Quality Score, Landing Page, Bid and many other factors.

The Ad spend can be easily managed through setting a budget, which can’t be over spent, and conversions be tracked in order to render an Ad profitable.
