My name is Fabio Silva and I work with programming for about 27 years.
I love creating new interesting programs!

* My strong points:
- I am an expert in C# and .Net, but I can adapt myself very easily and quickly to any different language and technology. I have strong experience in migrating older systems, databases, and legacy languages to modern alternatives.
- I am experienced in Code Reviews, especially for C# and Javascript.
- I have great experience in finding and troubleshooting hard bugs, even with limited data and information, and even with hard access environments.
- Due to my experience, I usually provide a great range of creative solutions and alternatives to the most diverse problems.

* My weak points:
- I have a little hearing problem, that causes me some verbal communication issues. I make up for it with incredible written skills and very complete reports.
- Not interested in Game Development.

* My current specialization:
- My focus is C# and .Net Core, in any area where it can be leveraged.
- On the web, I work on Asp.Net Core using Microservices, Razor Pages, MVC, and WebApi, and some quick tasks with Blazor. In the front end, I work with Plain Javascript and React, KnockoutJS, with some experience in Angular.
- On the desktop, I'm good at creating Console, WPF, and Avalonia apps.
- I work mostly with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and SQLite databases.
- I work with Git daily as shared source control, with experiences in GitHub and BitBucket.
- Finally, I can do cross-platform development (Linux/Windows/macOS). And in any case, I can deploy to docker containers.
