For seven (7) years now, I have been an Internal Auditor Consultant of a certain Condominium Corporation engaged in ensuring that Accounting Standards and Corporation's Internal Control Procedures are being maintained and iimplemented. As an Accountant of a Mining Corporation, I have dealt with General Accounting, preparing Analysis Schedules, Budget Report in various Cost Centers and the Corporation's Financial Statements.

During the early years of my career, I have been an Accounting Clerk of an Extension Instittute Foundation Inc., and a Financial Analyst/Community Development Officer of the Integrated Watershed Management Project of the Department of Envirornment and Natural Resources, Republict of the Philippines.

I was appointed to manage a simple subdivison project; and was also a professor in a University teaching Financial Accounting, Mangement Accounting, Taxation Review, Government Accounting and Auditing Problem.

Work Terms

I can work 20 hours a week and I can make adjustment according to the preferences of my clients. A billing for the work done including attachment of the work accomplished shall be made and would appreciate being paid within 2 days after such billing or whatever is deemed convenient for both parties upon proper advice. Payments can be made on line.
