Work Terms

We follow Agile software development life cycle process for the website, Mobile App development. We request project payment to be paid in installments via Guru Safepay system for mutually agreed milestones. The initial milestone needs to be released prior to the work starting. We follow a demo of the respective milestone to the client. We try to keep project time to a minimum, but project business concept, work scope, and its complexity will determine the final turnaround time.

Payment terms:

1) Initial Payment - 20% Release
2) Design (GUI) - 20% Release
3) UI Development - 20% Release
4) Backend interface (admin) - 20% Release
5) Testing - 10% Release
6) Implementation on Client Server - 10% Release

Work Terms:

1. Monday to Friday.
2. 40 Hours in a week.
3. Working on Guru's terms and conditions
4. The development will be completed on Agile software development Process.
5. Communication through Guru PMB, Skype, and Phone.
6. Milestone based payment System.
7. Fixed Bid Engagement
8. Tracker (Time & Material) / ODC
9. Post 1 month of free support.
10. We work on T&M model where we analyze the requirement.
11. We work out the costs and submit our proposal.
12. We will do the documentation of the project first and then we will provide the quote.

There are no extra charges on the following:

- Code review and analysis of your existing code (If applicable)
- Client Advocate appointed for you
- Midterm complete project health checkup
- App Submission to App worlds
- Code deployment at the server after project completion
- Screen-based User manual of mobile/web application after project completion
