Work Terms
FIXED PRICE PROJECTS
Based on the specifications you illustrate in the outset of the project, we will provide a fixed price for all work associated with the assignment.
Software development deliverable will be provided on a milestone basis. No source code will be delivered until the project contract is paid in full or otherwise agreed upon terms. A schedule will be developed and agreed upon which will illustrate the individual milestones and their deliverable, as well as the payment terms indicating delivery dates and payment dates.
HOURLY (TIME & MATERIAL)
A weekly time-sheet and project progress report will be provided. Invoicing will occur bi-monthly or monthly.
MONTHLY RETAINERS
Our services can be retained in order for us to provide dedicated teams to your projects. Full-time resources will be allocated to the development of your project, invoicing will occur monthly.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment will be due no later than 14 days from the date of the Invoice.
WARRANTY
We provide warranties for all fixed-price projects.
COMMUNICATION
Skype, G Talk, Email, Telephone, Join.me video & screen share conferencing, Various other project management applications.
AVAILABILITY
We are available 24 hours a day via scheduled conference calls or during regular Pacific time zone working hours. We make ourselves available to suit our clients time needs.
