CodeIT pulled 100+ people together to work on challenging projects as the web and software development outsourcing company. Company's office is located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. We do also have representatives in Sweden and Germany.

From the very beginning our software development process was built to support crystal clear communications between every customer and our team. Work Terms
We are offering the following project estimation principles and terms:
1. "Fixed price projects" - in case a project scope is determined we can offer a fixed price for the project. All the changes and modifications requested during the development will be considered as extras and estimated separately.
2. "Time & material" - if the project scope is not determined clearly we can offer business analysis and requirements accumulation stage before the actual development. Our customers are provided with analysis results as well as time reports periodically (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly). The customer are billed only according to the actual spent time.
3. "Cloud Staffing" - in case the customer need a dedicated team that is managed by him directly, we can offer this option. The assigned team is totally dedicated to customer's project. The fixed fee will be determined for each team member (per person). The payments occur on a monthly basis according to the contract.
4. "Dedicated team" - in case the customer need a dedicated team that is managed by the company and responsible for the project, we can offer this option. The assigned team is totally dedicated to customer's project. We gather a team of required resources on the project and assign them to the project on dedicated bases. The work of the team is managed by the project manager on our side. PM reports on the process to the customer directly. The fixed fee will be determined for each team member (per person). The payments occur on a monthly basis.
