Nishikant Nigam
Co-founder and Member of the Board

If there is one attribute that defines Nishikant, it is “Building, Scaling and Turning Around Companies”. Over the last two decades, he has successfully wielded various leadership roles across the IT services landscape. In his last stint, he successfully turned around the fortunes of an IT services company. He was an integral part of Infosys for almost two decades and also has been part of a successful private equity (PE) led transformation-to-exit process (Partners Group owned CSS Corp)

Nishikant is an IIT Kanpur alumnus.

Pandi Rajamony
Co-founder and CEO

Pandi is your quintessential business outcome-oriented thought leader in the digital transformation domain. He is renowned for customer centricity, building scale and managing globally dispersed, multi-talented teams. He has more than two decades of experience in driving cloud adoption and application modernization for G2000 companies. He has held various leadership positions at Infosys, TCS-GE and ANZ.

Pandi is an IIM Calcutta alumnus.
