My experience and passions vary widely but focus on problems I care about most: energy and healthcare. Currently, I serve as the Analytics Solutions Architect for a rapidly growing mid size healthcare analytics technology company in Dallas, TX. With the products I have spearheaded, we have achieved exponential growth and market penetration in working some of the largest academic medical centers in the country. My role has had an wide array of breadth and depth through the entire software development lifecycle. I am in charge of market research, product strategy, technical sales, research and development of new analytics products, scaling and productizing the prototypes, training staff to sell and implement the products, and continuing to improve the products during consulting sessions with clients. I routinely engage with C-suite stakeholders to improve strategy and refine company vision. I have been integral in taking brand new products from prototype to 1MM+ in revenue within a years time. This drive comes from my unique business perspective and passion for solving problems that matter to the world.
Before my current role, I have built trading and portfolio optimization systems for an investment management firm and a start up in Austin, TX. Prior to the technical finance space I worked in the energy industry from energy trading companies performing sales and trading analytics, to large E&P companies such as Chevron performing land asset due diligence, contract negotiation, and 3D GIS analytics.
I hold a BBA from the McCombs Business School at UT Austin, specializing in Science and Technology Management and Energy Management.
I have a passion for music, martial arts, philosophy, and writing; but everything in my business experience comes from my passion for vision and design.
I believe that the ability to conceive an idea for the future and constructing a narrative and plan around it is the most valuable ability in business.
