I have 36 years of work experience at senior Management level in armed forces as well as Corporate ; Power sector, Hospitality and Health Care. I am a Post Graduate in Human Resource Devp from India's premier institute -XLRI Jamshedpur and also associated with Confederation of Indian Industry as their National assessor. I have also been an OD Consultant and a corporate trainer on Behavioural aspects and also Leadership skills. I have authored Three Books ; The Rebel, Army tales and THE FORGOTTEN GENERAL(under publication).
