My background includes customer service in a call center environment. I was assigned in travel and hotel accounts, wherein I used to do ticketing and reservations. I have also worked as a Telesales Representative in a bank and as a Customer Service Associate in real estate company in Dubai.

My recent experience in a call center industry were taking calls and assisting customers with regard to activation of phone lines. I am confident that my positive work attitude and experience would be an asset to your organization.
