Paul was contracted to write a reasonably complex Java reporting and graphing application. He quoted a very fair price that he stuck to, he was extremely quick, and thorough. He also took the initiative in identifying problems with the specification and responded quickly to feature requests and bug reports. His code was well written so I had no problems figuring out what he had done. Would recommend.
